Just Born Session – Ainslee Grace

January 16th, 2018

Meet Ainslee Grace Cunningham!  Sweet Ainslee was born on January 16th, 2018.  She weighed just 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was a mere 18.25 inches long.  While I don’t claim to be a full on birth photographer, I do love me some “Just Born” sessions.  Just Born sessions, also known as the Fresh 48, are sessions designed to capture lifestyle portraits within the first 48 hours of birth.  After 24 hours of sitting in my room, bored out of my mind, I was very excited to get my camera out.  I spent the morning capturing Ainslee’s first of many portrait sessions.  Collage of Just Born Pictures by birth photographer, Rhonda Cunningham

I love Just Born sessions because they capture life’s moments as they truly are.  There are no backdrops, props, or cutesie outfits.  I love the simplicity of these sessions, but most of all, I love capturing the raw emotions as new parents stare in awe of their newest little bundle of joy.
