Lexington, KY Newborn Pictures – Sweet Sofia

10 Days New

It’s not often I venture to a client’s home to photograph a posed newborn session.  Typically, posed sessions are always done in-studio where we have access to all of the props, outfits, backdrops, lighting, etc.  However, miss Sofia was an exception.  Sweet Sofia was just 10 days new when I headed out to capture some Lexington, KY Newborn pictures.  When I arrived, her mom told me she just wasn’t sleeping much, but I was certain it wouldn’t be an issue.  Bundled in a few cozy layers, combined with a bit of gentle rocking and shushing, and she was out!  She was the perfect little poser…an absolute doll!  As a newborn photographer, there isn’t anything better than capturing a smile, and Sofia certainly didn’t let me down.
